Springfield, Ohio - The 11th-ranked DePauw women has little trouble in their opening North Coast Athletic Conference West Division match as they blanked Wittenberg, 9-0. The hosts dropped to 4-8 overall and 0-1 in the conference.

The Tigers lost just two games in doubles play to take a 3-0 lead and then swept all six singles matches in straight sets, losing just one game.

DePauw concludes NCAC divisional play tomorrow when it travels to Denison for a 10 a.m. match tomorrow and faces Ohio Wesleyan in a 2 p.m. match also at Denison.
