TERRE HAUTE, IND. - The 16th-ranked Tigers won for the seventh straight time with a 92-34 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference victory over host Rose-Hulman.
The Tigers improved to 13-3 overall and 8-1 in the SCAC, while the Engineers fell to 3-13 overall and 0-9 in conference play.
Rose-Hulman held an early three-point lead before the Tigers went on a 20-3 run to take a 26-12 lead with 8:20 left in the first half. That advantage reached as many as 22 points and the Tigers went to the break with a 42-22 lead.
The Tigers opened the second half with a 22-2 stretch to push the margin to 40. In the second half the Tigers shot 51 percent and held the engineers to 22 percent as they outscored the hosts 50-12.

Jill Schneider and Sarah MacKay each scored 14 points, while Tria Yoder and Colleen Powers each added 11. The point totals for Schneider and Yoder were career highs. Schneider equaled a career high with 12 rebounds and recorded four steals. The Tigers held a 53-28 advantage on the boards.
Michelle Unger and Christina Forsyth each scored 13 for Rose-Hulman.
The Tigers return to action on Friday, January 26 at Rhodes College.
NOTES: Since the beginning of the 1995-96 season, the Tigers have posted a 119-28 record for an .804 winning percentage. That ranks second behind Notre Dame's .807 among Indiana NCAA schools during the same time ... DePauw raised their January record to 43-6 during that time ... The Tigers have assured themselves of their sixth straight winning season.
