Alie Marousek is in her first season as an assistantcoach after graduating from Wittenberg University in May2014.

Marousek was a three-year letterwinner for the varsity lacrosseteam at Wittenberg, captaining them her senior year. She was afirst team Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association All-GreatLakes Region selection in 2014 and 2012. In her final season withthe Tigers, she was second on the team with 45 goals and 70 totalpoints and third with 25 assists. Additionally, she earned all-NCAChonors three times in her career and was the league's newcomer ofthe year in 2012 after transferring from Roanoke College.

Away from the field Marousek was a member of the Gamma Phi Betasorority where she was an integral part of the organization’sfundraising efforts benefiting various organizations. She was thesecretary of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee at Wittenberg,aiding in communication between student-athletes andadministrators.

Marousek has served as a club lacrosse coach with variousprograms dating back to 2009. She also volunteered at variousWittenberg lacrosse clinic and acted as a volunteer coach for theSpringfield Elementary lacrosse teams.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in biology and is pursuing amaster’s degree from Indiana State University.
