Andrew Gregory

Andrew Gregory joined the DePauw staff as assistant men's and women's tennis coach prior to the 2010-11 season and was named the head men's and women's tennis coach in September 2023.

  • Named the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Central Region Women's Assistant Coach of the Year Award in 2012
  • Named the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Central Region Men's Assistant Coach of the Year Award in 2019
  • In his time at DePauw, Gregory has been involved with all aspects of coaching and recruiting student-athletes and has been an integral part of the planning of each practice and conducts all strength and conditioning workouts for the squads while leading individual workouts with players.
  • During his time with the Tigers, the women reached the round of 16 in the NCAA women’s tournament in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 as well as the 2015 national quarterfinals. The men have consistently ranked in the top 30 during that time as well.
  • Prior to coming to DePauw, Gregory was an instructor at the Wabash Valley Tennis Club in Terre Haute (Ind.), where he led both private and group tennis lessons.
  • In his playing days, Gregory was a four-year member of the nationally-ranked Olivet Nazarene University (Ill.) tennis squad, claiming the 2009 National Christian College Athletic Association national championship.
  • A 2009 graduate of Olivet Nazarene, Gregory is currently pursuing his master’s degree in coaching from Ball State University (Ind.).
