Why I Chose DePauw I chose DePauw because the close-knit community and comforting atmosphere. I loved the look of the campus and the fact that class sizes are small so professors actually know their students. I also really like everyone that I met in the process of deciding.

PRIOR TO DEPAUW

Earned six varsity letters in cross country and track and field
As a varsity cross country runner (2021-24) was a three-time sectional runner and ran on state championship team in 2024
Qualified for Nike Nationals in cross country, placing 15th in the country,
Competed in indoor and outdoor track and field and team won state title in 2025
Personal bests: 5k (19:07), 3200 (11:37), 1600 (5:28)
Played club soccer for eight years and travel soccer for one year
Two-year member of National Honor Society (NHS)
