  • 9th at the NCAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 33:49.10 (10,000; 5/5/2023, PR)
  • 1st at the '23 Rose-Hulman Twilight with a time of 15:33.51 (5,000; 4/21/2023, PR)
  • Ran a 4:17.20 at the Wash U Invite (1,500; 3/31/2023; PR)
  • Ran a 9:02.82 at the NCAC Indoor Track and Field Championships (3000; 2/24/2023; PR)
