Andrew Gillespie joined the DePauw University men's lacrosse coaching staff as an assistant coach in January of 2020.

    • Coached as a Volunteer Assistant from 2015-16 and in 2019 worked as the team's defensive coach
    • Helped the team finish its 2015, 2016, and 2019 seasons as District runner-ups
    • In 2015 coached multiple All-District/ Conference players
      • Two First-Team All-Region Players
      • Two Second-Team All-State players
      • 1 Honorable Mention Washington Post All-Metro

Academic and Athletic Highlights

  • Earned a Bachelos degree in History, with a Minor in Coaching from Ferrum College (Va.)
  • Four year member of Ferrum Lacrosse as a defensive player
  • In both 2015 and 2016 helped Ferrum clinch the SEILC Championship
  • In 2017 helped Ferrum finish as the SEILC runner-ups
  • Leader on Man Down Defense for four years, and was 4th in the nation during his 2019 season
