Abby McGue

DePauw University

Joined the DePauw Staff as the assistant Field Hockey coach in July 2024.

Career Highlights:

As a four year starter for the Concordia University Wisconsin (CUW) Falcons McGue finished her career with four goals, six assists and 10 defensive saves
In 2023 she was selected to the SAA All-Sportsmanship Team, was named to the SAA Academic Honor Roll and the National Field Hockey Coaches Association Academic Honors Team
In 2021 she was named to the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Second-Team
While at CUW she worked in the Athletics Communications department as a student assistant, creating graphics, posters, and as a photographer.
She also managed and led a team of orientation leaders during the 2022-23 academic year as a Concordia Crew Leader Intern. As an intern she facilitated training programs for the student leaders and assisted in helping new students acclimate to college.
In 2023 McGue interned at Lakeside Manufacturing as a marketing intern, and then as a graphic design intern at Fox Hammer Media.
Earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communication in 2024 from Concordia University Wisconsin
Minored in sports media and graphic design while at CUW
