ADA: All games at Scheumann Stadium are accessible to wheelchairs and guests with disabilities. Please call the Ball State Ticket Center at 888.BSU.Ticket to make ADA accommodations. Wheelchair companion seating is also available inside the stadium.Â
ADA parking is located in the eastern most row of the 'DePauw Tailgating Lot’ as well as the eastern most row of 'Wabash Tailgating Lot.' Individuals can park in either location with a valid handicap permit (license plate/mirror tag) along with a previously purchased parking pass. Additionally, a shuttle can be arranged to assist fans from their vehicles to the stadium entrance gates by contacting parking attendants on the way into each lot.
ANIMALS: Animals are not permitted inside Scheumann Stadium with the exception of service animals with proper credentials. Animals should not be left unattended in vehicles and must be leashed at all times outside of Scheumann Stadium.
BANNERS/FLAGS/SIGNS: Banners, flags and signs are not permitted inside Scheumann Stadium.Â
BEER: No alcohol will be available for purchase inside or outside of Scheumann Stadium.Â
BOTTLES/CANS/ OUTSIDE BEVERAGES IN VENUE: No outside food or beverages will be permitted inside Scheumann Stadium. This includes bottled water, disposable cups for coffee or soda, cans or glass bottles. Guests are permitted to bring infant formula/baby food and medical dietary items, including food required for diabetic management.Â
CAMERA & VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY:Â Prohibited Equipment: The use of professional-grade photography and videography equipment by non-authorized personnel is strictly prohibited at the Monon Bell Classic. This includes, but is not limited to:

Authorized Personnel: Only authorized personnel are permitted to take photographs or record videos using professional-grade equipment. Authorized personnel include University staff and individuals with game media credentials. Members of the media may request game credentials by contacting the DePauw Athletics Communications office at bwagner@depauw.edu.
CHAIR BACKS: Outside chair backs ARE PERMITTED inside Scheumann Stadium. Feel free to bring your own! The only restriction is that your chairback seat should not be so large as to interfere with the experience of your fellow fans.
CLEAR BAG POLICY:

All items a fan brings must fit inside the approved clear bag (no larger than 12" x 6" x 12").Â

Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap, are permitted (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5").

One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc or similar) are also permitted.

Prohibited items include backpacks, fanny packs, purses, totes, and non-clear bags.

Fans are permitted to bring in blankets; however umbrellas are not permitted.

Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items, as well as diaper bags, after proper inspection at designated entry points.
CODE OF CONDUCT: Spectators are not allowed on the field before and during the game; fans are also prohibited from throwing items onto the field. Such behavior will result in removal from the stadium. Â
Ball State and DePauw University reserve the right to remove individuals whose behavior disrupts players, coaches, officials or other fans. No refunds will be given in these cases. Threatening or inconsiderate behavior such as profane, racist, sexist, and abusive language, use of tobacco, fighting, and drunkenness will not be tolerated and can result in ejection, or arrest.
Standing on seats/bleachers, and throwing of any objects in the stands or onto the field, is also prohibited. Should you observe any of this disruptive behavior, please notify the nearest event staff member or law enforcement officer.
NCAA policy prevents fans from entering the field of play unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member. Violators are subject to arrest.
CODE OF CONDUCT ENFORCEMENT: Ball State Athletics and DePauw University reserve the right to remove any ticket holder from the premises if in the sole opinion of the security personnel their conduct endangers or disrupts the players, coaches, officials, or fans.Â
CONCESSIONS - DEPAUW ONLY: Concession stands are conveniently located throughout the stadium by gates 1, 2 and 3.
CONCESSIONS - WABASH ONLY: Concession stands are conveniently located at the northeast entrance to the Wabash general admission seating (sections Q-W).
ELEVATORS: An elevator to access club, suite and press box levels is located on the concourse between gates two and three on the west side of the stadium; you must have a valid ticket and wristband, or have an appropriate credential, to enter the elevator. Â
EVACUATION: There is an evacuation plan video that shows pregame.
FIRST AID/MEDICAL SERVICES: First Aid is available from on-site EMTs. If medical emergencies occur during the game, please contact the on-site security staff.
GATE TIMES: Stadium gates will open at 11:30am.Â
DEPAUW ONLY - GEAR:  Fans may purchase items from Slingshot, DePauw’s official campus bookstore, location TBD.
GRILLS: Charcoal/gas grilling for food preparation is permitted but extreme caution should be used. Burned coals and/or residue from cooking are not permitted to make contact with the paved surface of the parking lot or grassy areas.
LOST AND FOUND: Lost items should be turned into a Scheumann Stadium event staff member.

OPEN FLAME:Â Ground campfires, wood-burning fire pits, bonfires, patio heaters, deep fryers, torches, and candles, covered or uncovered, are not permitted.
PARKING: There is no overnight parking in any lot designated for the Monon Bell Classic. One vehicle per space. Vehicles will be parked in the order in which they enter the lot; you may not save spaces for others. If you want to park next to someone, you must enter the lot in succession.

PREMIUM SEATING - DEPAUW ONLY: Scheumann Stadium offers a limited number of premium seating options on the 3rd floor of the stadium tower. Seats are outdoors, but covered, and have convenient access to restrooms and concession stands. Premium tickets can be purchased at Ticketmaster beginning on Tuesday, September 22, at 12pm EDT.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: Certain items are prohibited inside Scheumann Stadium and by NCAC policy. This list includes artificial noisemakers such as cowbells, air horns, umbrellas, electric amplification, etc.; any outside food or drink, including alcoholic beverages, cans or coolers; animals or pets (excluding service animals); and professional-grade photography and videography equipment.
RESTROOMS - DEPAUW ONLY: Restrooms can be found on the concourse under the west side grandstand.
RESTROOMS - WABASH ONLY: Restrooms can be found in the northeast corner of the stadium and behind Wabash seating.
SMOKING POLICY: Ball State University is a Tobacco Free Campus, which includes the ban of electronic cigarettes. This policy is in effect at all Ball State Athletic facilities, including Scheumann Stadium. We request and appreciate your adherence and compliance with this University policy. Game Day Staff will be monitoring for those in violation and request such action be ceased. Violators are subject to ejection.
SOLICITATION: No unauthorized solicitation on Scheumann Stadium grounds unless approved by Ball State Sports Properties.
SPORTSMANSHIP POLICY: DePauw University, The North Coast Athletic Conference, and the NCAA promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial, sexist, transphobic or homophobic comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives – as well as public intoxication, the consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products – are grounds for removal from Scheumann Stadium and other disciplinary actions. Remember – be loud, be proud, and be positive.Â

For those 21 and older, responsible alcohol consumption is permitted in designated locations and all individuals must present identification to appropriate law enforcement or university personnel when requested to do so.

No glass bottles, kegs, common source containers or large source containers. There is no hard liquor 15% ABV and above allowed. Alcoholic beverages are restricted to single serving containers in cans or plastic bottles.

Drinking games (including, but not limited to beer pong and other table games) and the use of devices intended to accelerate the consumption of alcohol (including, but not limited to funnels or beer bongs) are prohibited.

Please do not block emergency vehicle access to any part of any parking lot; all established tailgating structures (tents, tables, etc.) should be located within the confines of marked parking spaces. Ball State University Police and Security may ask you to move your vehicle/tailgate if it is impeding on the emergency access.

Threatening or inconsiderate behavior such as profane and abusive language (or music), use of tobacco, fighting, and drunkenness will not be tolerated in the parking lots and can result in ejection, arrest, and/or loss of ticket privileges.

No structures are permitted in the tailgate area (stages, platforms, rigging, etc.).

Music should be played at a reasonable level; please be respectful of others around you, and that language can be hurtful to others.
