Granville, Ohio - Through the first full day of competition at the North Coast Athletic Conference Championships, DePauw has totaled 160 points and is fourth among the nine competing schools. Denison leads with 234 points, followed by Kenyon (183), and Wabash (178).
Leading the way was Wednesday's 200-yard medley relay with Brady Hinshaw, Tyler Farkas, Daniel Schwendinger, and James Anderson finishing fifth in 1:32.64. The 800 freestyle relay with Schwendinger, Andrew Thompson, Aaron Graff, and Franco Chirinos finishing fifth in 6:55.90.Â
Brodie Morken finished seventh in the three-meter dive with a final score of 281.80, improving 12.55 points from the preliminary round. Cale Bennett collected 22 points for the Tigers with a 232.85 in the preliminary round.
Tigers tallied 112 points in the pool and 48 on the boards on day one.Â
The Championships continue through Saturday hosted by Denison University.
