Greencastle, Ind. - The DePauw women's track and field team sits in first place with 88 points following day one of the 2025 North Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

The Tigers finished the day with eight All-NCAC performances, had 21 top-ten final finishes, and 12 qualifiers for day two of the NCAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. 

DePauw's first All-NCAC performance came in the women's 10k run, where Sophie Porter finished first (37:28.37) and Grace Flores finished third (37:43.41). Lucy Stokes all-conference performance in the hammer throw left her in second with a final throw of 43.94m. Tessa Kochert added to this by finished third in the long jump with a final number of 5.45m. Bree Mahoney-Sutherland threw 12.29m in the shot put to take third. And lastly, the Tigers' swept the 3,000-meter steeplechase with Kendall Mann (10:55.68), Lily Monnett (11:20.51), and Morgan Tharp (11:22.46). 

DePauw's other four top-ten finishes came in the 10k run when Amzie Maienbrook finished fifth (38:06.44), Brynn Urban finished seventh (39:13.41), and Grace Thomas finished ninth (39:39.02). Grace Flores finished tenth with a time of  34:01.29. In the hammer throw, Maddie Homo took sixth with a final throw of 37.91m. In the long jump, Katie Moore claimed fourth with 5.17m and Emma Gray took eighth with 4.97m. In pole vault, Mary Cox finished 10th with a height of 2.75m.

The NCAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships wrap on Saturday, May 3, with the first event set to start at 10 a.m.
