Greencastle, Ind. - Three DePauw student-athletes have qualified for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships which take place May 22-24 at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio.
Katie Moore (Sr., Lawrenceville, Ill./Lawrenceville) competes in the heptathlon beginning Thursday at 12:30 p.m. with the 100-meter hurdles. She will also compete in the high jump, shot put and 200-meter dash that day before taking part in the long jump at 11 a.m. on Friday followed by the javelin and 800-meter run. Moore is seeded 14th in the event.
Sophie Porter (Sr., Westfield, Ind./Westfield) is seeded 14th in the 10,000-meter run which takes place on Thursday at 9:15 p.m.
Liberty Scott (So., Galveston, Ind./Lewis Cass) competes in the prelims on the 100-meter hurdles on Friday at 2:30 p.m. with finals slated for 2 p.m. on Saturday.
