Tessa Kochert's school-record tying performance in the triple jump, DePauw totaled 24 points and finished second behind WashU at the Rose-Hulman Friday Night Spikes #3 meet.Â
Kochert won the triple jump at 11.12 meters and tied the mark set by Shaneeka Terrell in 2003. Also finishing first was
Brynn Urban who won the 3,000 meters in 10:35.42.
Three Tigers finished second includingÂ
Sophie Porter (Mile, 5:13.97),
Kendall Mann (3000 meters, 10:41.41) andÂ
Liberty Scott (60-meter hurdles, 9.02).
Fourth-place showings came fromÂ
Adeline Miller (60 meters, 8.09) and
Morgan Tharp (3000 meters, 10:45.76). The Tigers'Â 4x400 relay was also fourth in 4:07.86.
The Tigers travel to the Illinois Wesleyan Keck DIII Select meet on Saturday, Feb. 8, with a 10:45 a.m. CST start time.
