Granville, Ohio - DePauw shot a two-round 586 (291-295) and finished two strokes behind Wittenberg and John Carroll and placed third at Denison's Ted Barclay Invitational. Wittenberg was declared the winner based on a tiebreaker.Â
Andrew Wall paced the Tigers with a 142 (71-71) to tie for third.
Manuel Loring placed eighth at 144 (69-75), while
Connor Polomsky tied for 20th with a 149 (74-75).
Willey Davis shot a 151 (77-74) to tied for 25th and
Decker Holton rounded out the lineup with a 160 (81-79) to tie for 54th.
Playing as individuals,
Cooper Benedict tied for 22nd at 150 (76-74) and
Ian Perry tied for 25th at 151 (76-75).
Daniel Donahue of John Carroll was the medalist with a 138 (70-68).
DePauw returns to action on Sept. 22-23 at the Rhodes Fall Invitational.
