Moore and Porter Earn All-America Second Team Honors After Day One of NCAA Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championships

Myrtle Beach, S.C.- The DePauw women's track and field team came out strong on the first day of the 2024 NCAA Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships; Katie Moore and Sophie Porter earned All-America Second Team honors in their respective events.

Moore finished 16th in the 400m hurdles prelims with a time of 1:03.81. In the 10,000m run, Porter finished 11th with a time of 36:34.54; she will be back on the track on Saturday, May 25, at 7 p.m., to compete in the 5,000m run.
