Granville, Ohio- The DePauw men's swimming team totaled 909.5 points and finished in sixth place at the 2024 North Coast Athletic Conference Swimming and Diving Championships. Kenyon won with 1,889 points, while Denison finished second with 1,845. Wabash took third with 1,218.5, followed by Wooster with 1,165.5.

Pacing the Tigers on day four was
James Shorney, who finished fifth in the 100 free with a time of 45.04, which qualified as an NCAA "B" cut time. Across the final day of the NCAC Championships, DePauw recorded 18 top-20 finishes, four of which were in the top ten.

Joining Shorney as a top-ten individual finisher were
Jeremy Stutzman, who finished in eighth place after swimming the 200 back in a time of 1:57.75, and
Robbie Sheffield, who swam the 100 IM in 54.60, for ninth place. The Tigers earned its final top-ten finish of the day in the 400 free relay when Shorney,
Jimmy Anderson, Sheffield, and
Brock Kinnamon edged out Oberlin with a time of 3:05.49 to take third place.

DePauw will wrap up its season with swimmers competing on Saturday, Feb. 24, at the Kenyon College Fast Chance Meet starting at 12 p.m.
