Thomas Named NCAC Women’s Cross Country Athlete of the Week

Greencastle, Ind.- DePauw first-year Grace Thomas (Valparaiso, Ind./ Valparaiso) has been named the North Coast Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week for her performance at last Saturday's NCAC Preview in Granville, Ohio.

Thomas took first place at the NCAC Preview, leading the Tigers to a first-place finish out of nine teams. She ran the 6k course in 25:09.60.

The Tigers' next meet is Friday, September 29, in Terre Haute, Ind., where they will compete in the Nike Cross Country Town Twilight hosted by Rose-Hulman. The meet is set to start at 7 p.m.
