Ada, Ohio-Â Four DePauw men's track and field team members competed in the Polar Bear Final Qualifier to finish the indoor season.
In the field events, Garrett Elkins tied for third in high jump with a height of 1.90m, while Carson Watson finished fifth and jumped a distance of 6.50m in the long jump.
Around the track, Ford Baker finished second in the 3000-meter run with a time of 8:43.51, while Ayo Laleye ran a 7.23 in the 60-meter dash placing him 12th overall prelims.
The Tigers return to action on Saturday, March 18, at 12 p.m. at the Rose-Hulman Early Bird Invitational.
