Hilton Head, S.C.- The DePauw men's tennis team remained in the win column after sweeping Franklin College 9-0 in its midweek spring break match. The Tigers improve to 5-5 for the season, while the Grizzlies drop to 4-9 overall.

DePauw grabbed a quick 3-0 lead over Franklin in doubles play. On court one, the
Ryan McCook and
Thomas Partridge duo beat the Grizzlies' Dustin Garrison and Layton Stieneker 8-2.
Finley Buelte and
Jake Watson earned the Tigers' second-morning win after beating Franklin's Nathan Jarboe and Shay Kyse 8-1.
Cole Metzger and
Hudson Mosher completed the doubles sweep after defeating Ezra Schwier and Lucas Densford 8-4 on court two.

Up 3-0, the Tigers continued to play singles confidently. Metzger earned DePauw's fourth win of the day after beating Lucas Densford 6-1, 6-0 on court five, and on court one, Partridge clinched the victory for the Tigers with a 6-0, 6-0 win over the Grizzlies Nathan Jarboe.
Grayson Zylstra defeated Layton Stieneker 6-1, 6-1 on court six, and on court two, Buelte beat Dustin Garrison, 6-1, 6-1.

In the final two matches, DePauw's
Jake Louiselle beat Ezra Schwier 6-2, 6-2 on court four, and McCook completed the doubles sweep after he beat Owen Pickerill 6-4, 6-2 on court three.
