Box Score Elizabethtown, Ky. - Transylvania scored a pair of runs in the bottom of the first and that was all it needed in a 2-0 win over DePauw at Transylvania's Pioneer Classic. The Tigers dropped to 4-9, while the Pioneers improved to 12-7.
Stella Wulker hit a solo homer with one out in the first before Taylor Senter hit a two-out double and scored on Annie Schuck's single.

Abby Pyburn had three of DePauw's seven hits, while Senter and Schuck each had two of Transylvania's six.
Megan Asher struck out seven and didn't walk anyone in taking the loss, while Carlee Jeter took the win for the Pioneers
DePauw returns to play on Monday, March 27, with a 5 p.m. CDT doubleheader at eighth-ranked East Texas Baptist.
