Tigers Beat Little Giants in Home Opener Meet

Greencastle, Ind.- The DePauw men's swimming and diving team beat the Little Giants of Wabash College in its home opener 148-146 after trailing 142-135 heading into the final relay of the evening.
 
Four Tigers recorded five first-place finishes in their respective events. Pacing DePauw with two first-place finishes was first-year Aaron Graff. The Tigers clawed their way out of a 32-point deficit after being outscored by the Little Giants in diving, and in the 400 Free relay, the final race of the night, DePauw finished first and third to get the edge over Wabash.

The Tigers' next meet is just after the new year. DePauw will return to Erdmann Natatorium on Saturday, Jan. 6 at 1 p.m. to host Olivet Nazarene University (Ill.).
