Greencastle, Ind.- DePauw junior forward Amy Apfelbaum (Lake Villa, Ill./ Lakes) has been named North Coast Athletic Conference Field Hockey Offensive Athlete of the Week for her performance in last weekend's victories over Washington and Jefferson and Allegheny College. 
 
Apfelbaum finished the weekend with four goals and an assist. In the Tigers' 5-1 victory over Washington and Jefferson, Apfelbaum recorded her first career hat trick, which included the game-winning goal. In DePauw's 4-0 shutout over Allegheny, she scored the game-winning goal again and tallied an assist. 
 
Apfelbaum currently leads the Tigers in goals (9) and total points (21) and is tied for first on the team in assists (3) after having a hand in five of the nine goals this weekend. She is tied for second in the conference in total goals and tied for first with four game-winning goals.
 
DePauw hosts Denison University on Thursday, October 12, at Reavis Stadium. The game is set to start at 7 p.m.
