Oberlin, Ohio- The DePauw men's track and field team finished in fifth place after totaling 83 points across the two-day North Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Wabash won with 171 points, followed by Denison with 132.5.
The Tigers tallied three individual All-NCAC performances on day two of the Championships. Bennett DeCoursey earned second in discus after throwing a distance of 149'03.00", Garrett Elkins earned third in high jump with a jump of 6'02.75", and Michael Ocasek finished second in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 3:58.20.
DePauw completed the NCAC Championships with seven All-NCAC performances and will travel to Naperville, Ill., next Thursday, May 12, to compete in the Carius/Gregory Invitational.
