#10 Tigers Blank Bulldogs for Ninth-Straight Win

Redlands, Calif. - Cami Henry tossed a three-hit shutout to lead 10th-ranked DePauw to a 4-0 win at Redlands. The victory was DePauw's ninth-straight as the Tigers improved to 12-5. The Bulldogs dropped to 12-10.

Emily Timberman led off the top of the second with a base hit and moved to second on an outfield error. Pinch-runner Madi Lockridge advanced to third on an error before scoring when Katie Mathies singled. Grace Smith followed with a double that scored Mathies.

Chase Epp led off the fourth with a walk and moved to second on Katerina Kilgore's sacrifice bunt. Epp then stole third and scored on Drew Bratcher's single to make it 3-0.

Kelsey Bernhard wrapped up the scoring in the fifth with a solo homer.

Henry improved to 9-4 with the three-hitter and she struck out 11 while walking just two. Danielle Stallings dropped to 9-3 with the loss.

Six different Tigers collected one hit each, while Collette Allen had two of the Bulldogs' three hits.

DePauw returns to action tomorrow with a Noon PDT doubleheader at 18th-ranked Chapman.
