Springfield, Ohio- The DePauw women's indoor track and field team tallied nine top-ten finishes at the Wittenberg Invitational.
Emma Stemen opened the meet with an eighth-place finish in pole vault, with a final height of 3.04m. In distance running Meredith Sierpina and Kendall Mann finished in fifth (10:32.32) and ninth (11:04.54) respectively in the 3,000-meter run. Rachel DeLancey would finish eighth in the 1-mile run with a time of 5:16.95, and go on to help the Tigers take fourth in the 4x 400 alongside Kate Hennessey, Emma Jacobs, and Jenny Noll (4:27.82).
DePauw continued to secure top-ten finishes in the 60-meter dash, after Lynna Hendershot ran a 9.01. In the 4 x 200 relay Lily Boston, Veronica Meredith, Grace Truax, and Hendershot would finish in 1:32.95 to take fourth-place. Seelye Stoffregen ran the 400-meter dash in 1:02.04 for fifth-place, while Annalise Grammel took eighth in the 800-meter run (2:21.10).
The Tigers travel back to Wittenberg on Friday, February 25, for the NCAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.
