Indianapolis, Ind.- Four DePauw women's indoor track and field team members opened up the Tigers' 2022-23 season at the University of Indianapolis Season Opener.
Two Tigers earned second-place finishes in their afternoon events.
Annalise Grammel earned her second-place finish after running a 1:01.32 in the 400-meter run, while
Abby Hartman finished second in high jump with a height of 1.48 meters (4'10.25").
In the triple jump,
Tessa Kochert finished sixth after jumping 10.34 meters (33'11.25").
Alexis Cagan finished 18th in the 200-meter run with a time of 28.36 seconds.
DePauw will take a winter recess and return to competition on Friday, January 20. The Tigers will compete in the Rose-Hulman Friday Night Spikes Series, with a meet start time of 6 p.m.
