Greencastle, Ind.-  DePauw University field hockey first-year Hailey Nowak was named by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) to the Division III Region VI second team.

Nowak earned her Region VI second team selection after leading the Tigers in goals (11), game-winning goals (4), and points (25). She completed the season fourth in goals scored in the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) and third in the conference with her game-winning goal total. Her efforts throughout the season earned her the NCAC Newcomer of the Year award, a first-team selection for the All-NCAC team, and a spot on the All-NCAC tournament team.

Nowak was one of over 190 Division III student-athletes named to the NFHCA Division III All-Region teams this year, which is sponsored by The LineUp. The teams are separated into six regions, with each region honoring up to 16 student-athletes on a first team and up to 16 student-athletes on a second team.
