Denison Sweeps Tigers

Granville, Ohio - DePauw dropped to 8-6 overall and 1-2 in the North Coast Athletic Conference following a 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 25-16) loss at Denison. The Big Red moved to 10-5 overall and 1-0 in the NCAC.

Denison outhit the Tigers, .158-.121 and held a 41-29 edge in hills. The Big Red also served up 12 aces in the win.

Jessica Levy led DePauw with eight kills, while Daria Rodriguez paced the Big Red with 13. Grace Filbrun had a team-high 13 assists for the Tigers and Jenna Purichia led with 17 digs. Lauren Ridgway totaled five assists for DePauw.

The Tigers travel to Wooster on Saturday, October 2, for a 1 p.m. NCAC match against the Fighting Scots.
