DePauw Takes Fourth in the Rhodes 7-Way Meet

Memphis, Tenn.- The DePauw University women's outdoor track and field team recorded a total of 65 points to take fourth in the Rhodes 7-Way Meet.

Around the track, the Tigers pulled in four top-three finishes and three top-five finishes in field events.

In distance and mid-distance running, DePauw tallied two second-place finishes and one first-place finish. Running the 5,000-meter run in 18:45.99, Jenny Noll took first-place. The other two second-place finishes were earned by Rachel DeLancey and Annalise Grammel in the 1,500 m run (4:51.37) and the 800-meter run (2:22.74), respectively.

Charlotte Borland would round out the top-three finishes with a third-place finish in the 100-meter run (12.95).

In the field Mady Altman and Emma Stemen took fourth in javelin (28.22 /92'7") and pole vault (2.95m  9'8") respectively.

Finishing fifth in the long jump, Jaida Smith jumped 4.92m. (16' 1 ¾).

The Tigers' next meet is Saturday, April 10, at Wabash.
