Indianapolis, Ind.-The DePauw University men's soccer team finished its matchup against Marian (IN) in a 1-1 draw, moving to 2-0-1 for the season.

For most of the game against the Knights, the Tigers were playing catch up after Marian scored in the 19th minute of play. 

Despite being down for the majority of the first half DePauw kept the Knights on its heels, getting five shots off on goal and two corners, mirroring Marian's efforts on the other end.

Fortunately for the Tigers, in the 69th minute of play, a pass by Angel Castellanos to Flynn Sheehan resulted in a goal to tie the game.

Though DePauw wasn't able to find the back of the net again in regulation, the Tigers outshot Marian 11 to 10 and kept the Knights at bay with six saves by goalie Collin Davidson in the second half alone.

DePauw and Marian face each other again on Sunday, March 21, at 6:30 pm EDT.
