Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw's Erin Pasch (Jr., Indianapolis, Ind./Lutheran) broke her own school record in the indoor pentathlon and won the event at the Division III Indoor Elite Championships at Wartburg College.

Pasch's total of 3,435 points topped last week's 3,411-point performance as she won all five events and finished 576 points ahead of the nearest competitor. She totaled 804 points in the 60-meter hurdles following a 9.52-second performance. She added 738 points in the 800 meters in 2:26.47 and 701 in the high jump at 1.57 meters. Pasch's shot put of 11.86 meters was good for 652 points and her long jump of 4.93 meters resulted in 540 points.

Pasch competes in the high jump tomorrow and the women's 4x400-meter relay competes as well.
