Wooster, Ohio- The #13 DePauw University men's basketball team move to 7-0 after defeating the College of Wooster 95-85; this equals the second-best start in school history and the best since the 11-0 open to the 2001-02 season. 

The Tigers and the Fighting Scots played a foul riddled first half, committing nine fouls apiece, putting both teams at the line early in the game. 

Wooster was persistent in the paint and throughout the first half and attempted to control the game's pace by putting continuous ball pressure after every made basket, forcing 10 turnovers by the Tigers. 

Though DePauw shot over 60% on its half, the Fighting Scots had an answer on the other end, muscling their way to the basket in the paint and outscoring the Tigers 15-6 with points off turnovers.

Entering the second half down 50-48, DePauw quickly took control of the game, going on a 12 to 5 run within the first five minutes of play. 

By the 12 minute mark, the Tigers stretched its lead to 10 and maintained the lead for the remainder of the matchup.

Nolan Ginther led DePauw's offensive efforts finishing the afternoon with 26 points, eight rebounds, and six assists. 

As time wound down in the remaining five minutes, the Tigers worked the clock and penetrated the basket, leading to open lanes and capitalizing at the line.

The team finished the game shooting 61% from the field, was 11-20 from the three-point line, and outrebounded the Fighting Scots 34-20 to come out on top.

DePauw travels to Denison University on Thursday, Feb. 18th, with tipoff set for 6 pm EST.
