Tigers Move to 1-1 Following Loss at Franklin

Franklin, Ind. - DePauw moved to 1-1 on the season following a 163.5-132.5 loss at Franklin.

Four different Tigers won individual events including Molly Ruggles (100-yard backstroke/1:00.72), Sammie Waples (50 freestyle/25.09), Katherine Douglas (1-meter diving/240.45 pts) and Hailey Olsen (200 backstroke/2:15.33).

The Tigers won both relays as the 200 medley relay of Ali Tallen, Waples, Ruggles and Maggie Perry took first in 1:52.10 as did the 400 free relay of Tallen, Perry, Waples and Ashley Dapore in 3:44.84.

DePauw returns to action on Saturday, February 20, when it competes against Rose-Hulman in a 4:30 p.m. meet at the Vigo County Aquatics Center.
