Box Score Hiram, Ohio- The DePauw women's soccer team dominated in its 3-0 victory over Hiram College.
The Tigers got on the board early after Kate Cowger capitalized on a give and go between her and Abbie Morris. Gathering a pass from Morris, Cowger turned and scored a goal off the post to give DePauw a 1-0 lead.
By the half, DePauw outshot Hiram 10-2 and recorded eight corner kicks.
In the second half, Annalise Grammel slipped past the defensive line and crossed the ball into the center of the box to find Sydney Calisto for her third goal of the season.
The Tigers' final goal came in the 75th minute off a corner by Hadley Freeman, who put the ball just in front of Maya Caltry, who chipped it in to give DePauw a 3-0 victory.
The Tigers improve to 1-1-1 in NCAC play and face Wittenberg on Tuesday, October 12 at 7 pm on the road.
