Greencastle, Ind.- The DePauw men's soccer team fell 0-3 in its home loss to the Denison University Big Red.

In the first half of play, the Big Red recorded nine shots to the Tigers two, resulting in two goals within the first ten minutes of regulation.

Down 0-2, DePauw utilized the remainder of the half, keeping Denison at bay, holding the Big Red to just one corner, and forcing its opponents to commit seven fouls to its two.

Despite its efforts to climb back in the game and outshooting Denison 6 to four in the second half, a diving header by Big Red Henry Schwartz in the 73rd minute shrunk the Tigers' chances of making a comeback.

DePauw moves to 9-5 overall, and 3-2 in North Coast Athletic Conference play. The Tigers are back in action on Tuesday, October 19, away at Ohio Wesleyan University, with a game-time set for 7 pm EDT.
