#8 Tigers Top Emerson to Move to 6-3; Pacific Lutheran Game Canceled

Tucson, Ariz. - Emerson took a 2-0 lead in the first, but DePauw scored 11 unanswered runs and topped the Lions, 11-5, in the Tigers' final game of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association's Leadoff Classic. The Tigers' scheduled game with Pacific Lutheran was canceled due to field conditions.

DePauw totaled 12 hits with Becca St. Germain leading with three and Kaylyn Linder, Kate Geary and Jade Mejia Wick finishing with two apiece. Five different Lions had one hit each.

Mac Jones moved to 1-0, while Calli Pratt dropped to 0-1.

DePauw returns to action on Saturday, March 14, when it hosts game against Muskingum and Trine.
