Tigers Take Top Three Spots in 3,000 Meters and Finish Seventh

Terre Haute, Ind. - DePauw took the top three spots in the 3,000-meter run on the way to a seventh-place finish at the Friday Night Spikes Engineer Invitational hosted by Rose-Hulman. DePauw totaled 27 points with Wabash winning with 132 and Rose-Hulman placing second with 94.

Zane Williams won the 3,000 meters in 8:51.99, while Ford Baker was second in 8:55.36 and Kyle Munz third in 9:00.26.

The Tigers' other points came in the high jump as Evan Manges and Luke Stoker tied for fifth in the high jump as each had a best jump of 1.70m/5-7. 

DePauw returns to action on Friday, Feb. 7, when it hosts the Tiger Small College Invitational at the Indoor Tennis and Track Center beginning at 5 p.m.
