Tigers Place Seventh at DePauw Invitational

Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw totaled 44 points and finished seventh at the DePauw Invitational. Illinois Wesleyan won with 162.5 points, while Rose-Hulman was second with 104.5.

Kaitlyn Daanen was second in the 100 meters (12.98), while Kate Hennessey was also second in the 800 meters (2:25.20) and Emly Wilson in the high jump (1.56m/5-1.25).

Finishing fifth were Jenny Noll in the 1,500 meters (4:59.13) and Riley Hickman in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (12:19.80), while Natalie Gruszka was sixth in the 800 meters (2:28.84) and Erin Pasch seventh in the javelin (27.97m/91-9).

The Tigers' 4x400 relay was fourth (4:22.43) and the 4x100 relay was sixth (52.35).

DePauw returns to action on Saturday, April 13, when it hosts the Indiana D3 Invitational.
