DePauw Heads to Final Day of Phoenix Classic in Third

Chicago, Ill. - With one day remaining at the Phoenix Fall Classic, DePauw is in third place with 412 points. Chicago leads with 715 and Lewis is second with 529.

Tommy Hackley posted the Tigers' top individual finish on the day after finishing fifth in the 500-yard freestyle in 4:45.35, while Charile Stewart-Bates was sixth in 4:45.75.

Ian Logan was seventh in the 200 butterfly (1:54.19), while Patrick Unterreiner was eighth in the 200 individual medley (1:59.07). 

DePauw swimmers also posted a pair of ninth-place finishes including Jake Rabbiner in the 100 breaststroke (1:00.28) and Seth Fagen in the 200 backstroke (1:55.47). Matt Wilson rounded out the Tigers' top ten finishes with a tenth in the 200 IM (2:02.39).

The Tigers' 200 medley relay of Fagen, Xavier Fuller, Longan and Jake Frech was eighth in 1:35.89.
