Brady's Late Goal Gives DePauw Tie in NCAC Opener

Greencastle, Ind. - Jake Brady delivered a goal with 58 seconds left in regulation to force overtime with visiting Wooster in a game that ended in a 1-1 tie in the North Coast Athletic Conference opener for both schools. DePauw moved to 6-1-1, while Wooster is now 3-3-2.

Wooster's Max Rochester gave his squad a 1-0 lead at 26:27 and it stayed that way until Brady's goal which came off Jay Klein's assist.

DePauw outshot Wooster, 10-8, and had three shots on goal to the Fighting Scots' two. The Tigers also held a 7-6 advantage in corners, while Wooster had 11 fouls to the Tigers' eight.

The Tigers return to action on Monday, September 24, with a 5 p.m. contest at Thomas More.
