Box Score Greencastle, Ind. - The Tigers scored twice in each half on the way to a 4-1 North Coast Athletic Conference win over visiting Oberlin. The Tigers improved to 4-1 overall and 2-2 in the NCAC, while the Yeowomen dropped to 1-7 overall and 0-4 in conference play.
Gabby Carretero's two first-half goals in the opening 21 minutes gave the Tigers the lead before Oberlin's Bonnie Wileman made it 2-1 with 10:04 left in the half.
The Tigers wrapped up the scoring in the second half as Kate Milner scored at 50:46 and Sarah Simon added the final tally at 66:40.
DePauw outshot Oberlin, 30-3, including 18-2 on goal. The Tigers also held a 16-5 edge in penalty corners.
DePauw's Hannah Metzger recorded one save, while Oberlin's Kennedy Kline stopped 14 shots.
The Tigers host Woostr at Noon tomorrow at Reavis Stadium.
