Women's Track and Field

Tigers Open NCAC Championships Competition

Crawfordsville, Ind. - DePauw opened North Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships competition by scoring in a pair of events. The Tigers totaled eight points and are tied for seventh with Wittenberg. Oberlin leads with 80.5 points.


Haley Thompson finished fifth in the 5,000 meters in 18:56.27, while the distance medley relay of 
Tori Flowers, 
Gabby Coffing, 
Natalie Gruszka and 
Riley Hickman was sixth in 13:13.02.

Saturday's final day of competition gets underway tomorrow morning.
