Pircon's Three Firsts Leads #23 DePauw to Victory at Wabash

Crawfordsville, Ind. - With first-place finishes in seven different events, 23rd-ranked DePauw defeated Wabash, 147.5-143.5.

Adam Pircon was a triple winner for the Tigers with firsts in the 100-yard backstroke (53.39). the 50 free (22.44) and the 200 back (1:55.05).

Jack Christie posted the Tigers' first win of the evening as he touched first in the 1000 free in 9:52.65. The Tigers took the top three places in the event for 16 points.

Ben Hilfinger's swim of 1:56.05 in the 200 butterfly was good for a first as was Jake Frech's 48.65 time in the 100 free. Tommy Hackley won the 500 free in 4:45.98.

DePauw returns to action November 16-18 at the Phoenix Fall Classic hosted by University of Chicago.
