Tigers Finish Third at Wabash Invitational

Crawfordsville, Ind. - DePauw totaled 2,051 points and finished third among seven schools at the Wabash Invitational. Birmingham-Southern won with 2,345 points, while Saginaw Valley State was second with 2,250.5.

Mary Woods posted a first in the 100-yard individual medley (1:00.94), while Molly Riggles was third (1:01.98). Four Tigers finished in the seventh through 10th spots including Grace Lund (7th/1:05.41), Maddie Dixon (8th/1:07.23), Kayla Riemensperger (9th/1:08.77) and Jackie Ebel (10th/1:10.19).

Nuna Bamatraf was fourth in the 200 backstroke (2:09.28) with Julia Keller finishing 10th (2:14.65). Bamatraf was also fifth in the 200 breast (2:27.74).

Olivia Neff led the Tigers in the 100 freestyle in third (52.75), while Sammie Waples was fifth (53.54) and Allison Lund eighth (54.09).

Rachel Graves led DePauw's efforts in the 1,650 free (18:26.50) with Riley Steffey finishing 11th (18:35.70).

Katherine Douglas posted a third-place finish in one-meter diving with 362.50 points and Ali Tallen was fifth in the 200 butterfly (2:09.99).

The Tigers' 400 free relay of Allison Lund, Waples, Tallen and Neff finished second in 3:33.52.
