DePauw Closes Season with Loss at Oberlin

Oberlin, Ohio - DePauw got out to an early 1-0 lead, but host Oberlin countered with one goal in each half for a 2-1 North Coast Athletic Conference win over the Tigers. DePauw finished the season with a 4-11-1 overall record and 2-5-1 in the NCAC, while the Yeowomen ended at 6-10-2 overall and 3-4-1 in NCAC play.

Jenna McCarroll scored on a header off of Alex Berkley's corner at 26:08 to give DePauw a 1-0 advantage before Obverlin's Maddi Kimball scored at 38:07. Sydnie Savarese wrapped up the scoring with the game-winning goal at 62:23 on Bethany Gen's assist.

Oberlin outshot DePauw, 20-4, including 6-1 on goal. The Yeowomen also led in corners, 9-4 and each team was whistled for four fouls.

Mia Manney recorded four saves in goal for DePauw, while Jordyn Morris faced just the one shot on goal in earning the win.
