Danville, Ky. -- DePauw lost to Centre 4-0 on Saturday to fall to 2-2-1 on the season.

This was the first meeting between the two teams since DePauw defeated Centre 3-2 in the first round of the NCAA DIII Soccer Championships last year.

The two teams were scoreless until the 38th minute when Centre's Jesse DiLuzio scored his second goal of the season. Centre took that 1-0 lead into halftime.

Their next three goals came within 15 minutes of each other between the 54th and 69th minutes.

Ben Davis made two saves in net while taking the loss. DePauw was outshot 11-10 and had three shots on goal.

DePauw hosts Rose-Hulman on Wednesday.
