Chicago, Ill. - DePauw, ranked 22nd in Division III, finished the dual meet portion of its schedule with a split against 10th-ranked Chicago and 19th-ranked Calvin. The Tigers, 5-5-1 on the season, topped Calvin, 167-121, and lost to Chicago 193-87.

Kurt Swieter was a double winner for the Tigers with wins in the 200-yard freestyle (1:44.13) and 500 free (4:48.62). Charlie Stewart-Bates collected the other DePauw individual win after touching first in the 1,000 free (10:07.34).

Second-place finishes were turned in by Sam McManus in the 100 breaststroke (58.36) and 100 free (47.14), Brandon Sholtis in the 50 free (21.58) and Adam Pircon in the 500 free (4:51.94)

The Tigers' 200 free relay of Sholtis, Aidan Schurig, Wagner and McManus was second in 1:25.40, just .15 seconds off the winning time by Chicago.

DePauw wraps up the regular season at the North Coast Athletic Conference Championships at Denison University, February 8-11.
