St. Louis, Mo. - After opening the day with a 3-0 (25-14, 25-17, 25-13) win over Rose-Hulman, DePauw suffered its first loss of the season by a 3-2 (25-16, 22-25, 21-25, 25-20, 15-12) count against Hanover. The Tigers finished with a 3-1 mark at the Baden Invitational.

In the Rose-Hulman match, Suzanne Peters led with 12 kills, while Meaghan Etling added 10 and a team-best .769 hitting percentage. Keegan Kollias assisted on 37 of DePauw's 47 kills, while Kaylee Nichols notched three service aces.

Rachael Lenderman paced the defensive effort with 18 digs with Etling leading with four block assists.

The Tigers hit .350 to Rose-Hulman's .050.

Peters paced DePauw with 17 kills in the loss to Hanover and Elisabeth Wilson followed with 12, but the Tigers hit just .120 to the Panthers' .162.

Kollias totaled 44 assists as DePauw finished with 58 kills. Peters led with two aces and Lenderman had a team-high 33 digs. Etling totaled five block assists.

Much of DePauw's attacking woes were due to Hanover's seven block solos and 22 block assists.

DePauw travels to Bluffton for matches at the Sommer Center Spiketacular, September 9-10. 

Kollias earned a spot on the all-tournament team.
