Terre Haute, Ind. - Ashley Hash and Dilan Palmer each won an event to lead DePauw to 51 points and a sixth-place finish at the Rose-Hulman Early Bird. St. Norbert won with 229 points, while Rose-Hulman and Baldwin Wallace tied for second with 123.
Hash won the high jump (1.61m/5-3.25), while Palmer topped the field in the pole vault (3.38m/11-1).
Katie Manalo picked up 10 points in three events as she was fourth in the shot put (11.14m/36-6.75), sixth in the hammer throw (36.08/118-4) and seventh in the discus throw (29.6/97-1).
Amanda Weber scored in two events with a fourth in the 100 meters (13.57 seconds) and fifth in the 200 meters (27.48 seconds).
Turning in sixth-place performances were Odessa Fernandes in the 400 meters (1:03.92) and Gabrielle Coffing in the 800 (2:32.0). Gianna Petrelli was eighth in the 100 (14.54).
DePauw's 4x400 relay was seventh in 4:32.51.
The Tigers return to action on Saturday, April 2, at the Hanover Invitational.
