Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw moved to 1-2 on the season after splitting with Albion and Washington-St. Louis at the Erdmann Natatorium. The Tigers, ranked 13th in Division III, topped Albion, 171-126, but lost to seventh-ranked Washington 204-84.

Kurt Swieter paced DePauw with a pair of wins as he touched first in the 200-yard freestyle (1:43.72) and the 500 free (4:47.0). He also was second in the 100 free (48.00).

Mitchell Davis was second in the 100 breaststroke (59.67) and the 200 breast (2:01.26), while Charlie Stewart Bates did the same in the 1,650 free (16:59.49). David Freund finished third in the 1650 free (17:21.64).

Eric Addy was third in one-meter diving (247.45 pts) and fifth on the three-meter board (203.60).

DePauw travels to Wabash on Friday, November 4.
